When you purchase a Monthly or Bundle training plan under the Senior Pricing option, you will be connected with a coach at the Head Coach level (Coach Yinka).

A Monthly training plan is a recurring subscription. You can choose between a Solo plan (for one athlete) or a Duo plan (for up to two athletes). Both Monthly plans offer the same features included in the Gold Bundle plan. As opposed to a Bundle, you are limited to the number of sessions you can use per month. You can cancel a Monthly plan after you have reached the required 3-month minimum billing cycle.

As opposed to a Monthly plan, a Bundle plan includes a set amount of training sessions for a one-time payment. You can choose between the Bronze, Silver, and Gold plan. Each plan offers a different amount of training sessions and features to enhance the training experience. You can always purchase a new bundle once you have used all of the sessions or have reached the maximum validity period.

• For Monthly Plans – You can always Upgrade or Downgrade between Monthly training plans via your personalized AQR Dashboard. You can then upgrade or downgrade between a Solo or Duo plan.

• For Bundle Plans – Once you have purchased a one-time Bundle, you can not upgrade or downgrade until you have used all of the included training sesssions or you have reached the maximum validity period. Once these conditions are met, you can re-purchase a new Bundle or Monthly plan here.

You can always manage your training plan by logging in to your personalized AQR Dashboard. To access the AQR Dashboard, you must login using the email in which you initially purchased your plan(s) with. Once you are logged in, you will see the various management options regarding your previously purchased plans at a glance.
